Kegel Exercises For The Love Muscles

The PC or pubococcygeus muscle is probably the most famous of the pelvic muscles that surrounds the sexual organs. Both women and men have PC muscles, which run from the pubic bone to the tailbone. They are vital in both our sexual response - the spasms of orgasm are caused by the fast involuntary contractions of the PC muscles.

A strong and developed pubococcygeus muscle can help to enhance orgasms in both sexes. Kegel exercises help improve muscle tone by strengthening the pubococcygeus muscles.

Try these discreet sexercises you can do anywhere - whether you're at your desk, in your car or waiting in line. Build up to completing these three times a day: The more you practice, the faster you'll see (and feel) results.

1. Kegel hold

While seated, squeeze your pelvic-floor muscles and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, then release. "The best way to find your PCs is to put a finger in your vagina and clench your muscles. You should be able to feel pressure on your finger," Perks says. But you can also easily locate these muscles by pretending you're holding back urine. Do 5 to 10 times.

2. Kegel pulse

While sitting, squeeze and release the pelvic-floor muscles quickly for 5 to 10 times.

3. Inner-thigh squeeze

Sit on a chair (at a desk to be discreet). Squeeze your knees together as you contract and release your pelvic-floor muscles. Do 3 to 5 reps.

4. Standing Kegels

Do the Kegel hold and Kegel pulse moves again, this time standing upright. Do 5 to 10 reps for each.

5. Musical Kegels

Find some rhythmic music. Just listen to three songs, for example, that have absolutely different rhythms. Squeeze and release your PC muscle under the rhythms.
